Philanthropy as always been a part of Vesta owner Josh Wolkon's philosophy.  Businesses of any sort cannot sustain without a healthy and happy support system.  For Vesta, our guests are our support, and they have wonderfuly done so for all 20 years that the restaurant has been in business.  As such, Wolkon's businesses have a moral and social responsibility to give back to the community that has given us so very much.

In that respect, Vesta is proud to participate, for the 12th consecutive year, in Project Angel Heart's Dining Out for Life on Thursday, April 26th, 2018.  Joining 230+ participating restaurants and breweries for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, or dinner, 25 percent of your check will be donated to Project Angel Heart.

If you are unfamiliar with PAH, they are a noble charity that gives more to our community and many of us can appreciate.  From their website, "In 1991, when Charles Robbins returned to Denver from Los Angeles, he found that friends living with HIV/AIDS were wasting away before his eyes. He founded Project Angel Heart in response, modeling it after Project Angel Food, a Los Angeles organization where he had been a volunteer.  In 2018, Project Angel Heart plans to deliver 385,000 medically modified meals to at least 3,000 Coloradans living with life-threatening illness in Denver and Colorado Springs."

Vesta supports PAH in every facet of their mission, and it is with great happiness and pride that we participate in Dining Out for Life again.  While we would love to see you come show your support at Vesta, we encourage that you take a look at all 250+ restaurants here and make a concerted effort to support Project Angel Heart in all of their endeavors throughout the year.
