Vesta always embraces new arrivals to the Dairy Block, where we put down roots almost 21 years ago.  But it is with great joy that we welcome Frank Bonanno's newest concept, Denver Milk Market, to the block.  Opened just a couple of weeks ago DMM is located on 1800 Wazee St., just a block away from Vesta.  Am ambitious concept that offers eclectic selections of cuisine from almost every culture imaginable, DMM is a welcome addition to our thriving slice of paradise.

Following the Maven Hotel, which opened last year, the Dairy Block now epitomizes what Denver natives have taken note of over the last five years: a boom in development to some its most historic neighborhoods.  The Dairy Block is almost as old as Denver itself, getting its name from the cattle and milk that was produced here in the late 1800s.  Since then, agriculture has shifted back to the plains, with towns like Greeley, Fort Morgan, and Fort Collins taking the cattle that once lived here onto their acres.

Vesta welcomes the newest comer to the Dairy Block.  We wish Chef Bonanno many years of prosperity, just as Vesta has been fortunate to enjoy on this very block.  His talent and determination have always shone through at Denver staples such as Osteria Marco and Mizuna, and we look forward to seeing the Dairy Block evolve even more over the coming months as more and more commerce makes its way onto the cross streets.
