It's that time of year again, where Denver's restaurants, both fresh and seasoned, band together to offer the Mile High City a taste of it's dynamic culinary scene. We at Vesta look forward to this week every year. This is our opportunity to turn folks onto what we do every night: throw a party for the city, serve some great food and libations, and that genuine and dependable service that you've come to know and love.
Restaurant Week is everywhere right now. You've probably seen blurbs about it on your social media feeds, TV stations, and read about it on your favorite blogs (like this one!) 5280 Magazine was gracious enough to identify Vesta as the best Restaurant Week restaurant for "the sophisticated gourmet." Gourmet or not, our team from the chefs to the bar to the wine director have really put together a great spread for the next week.
This year, Vesta chose to showcase some of our favorite dishes, like Chef Kayser's Chicken Tikka Masala and Sous Chef Steven Cox's house-made burrata. Mmmmmm, we're getting hungry just thinking about them over here! But we also brought back some of our classics, like Pastry Chef Nadine Donovan's Vietnamese coffee mousse. It's a choc-o-holic's dream! And of course, our full menu is available in tandem with the Restaurant Week menu, so you can still get your favorite dishes all week long. Don't be shy, this is a great time of year to join us for dinner. Classics, favorites, both new and old, are what we're all about.
